Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off any outstanding debts I currently have (roughly $6000) and the balance will be going toward a small investment project I have been working on that should make enough income a month to pay for 75% of the monthly loan payment. In a few months, I shouldn't even need a loan, but the opportunities I have right now probably will be gone by that time so I've decided to try and take out this loan as soon as possible. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have good credit, have plenty of disposible income every month (about $1500), and have never missed payments. I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with a degree in Accounting and Finance. The reason my credit rating is at a B is due to my outstanding balances that I have on credit cards (mostly school expenses and CPA exam expenses).
