Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Move to North Carolina to pursue a new career! Wife has been offered a transfer to Charlotte, NC and since we tire of the Phoenix heat and lack of trees, rain, lifestyle, etc; we thought we would take advantage of it! Costs cover the ridiculous three month lease-breaking fee and moving costs across country, re-acquiring apartment, etc. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? This would be my third Prosper loan! Excellent payment history, NO DQ's for my lenders thank you very much and I wish to keep it that way! Monthly net income: $ 3,100 Monthly expenses: $ (my side, Mrs. has own income and expenses for her salary to cover) Housing: $ between $400-600 Insurance: $ car only, $90 Car expenses: $ 425 w/fuel Utilities: $ 85 Phone, cable, internet: $55 Food, entertainment: $ 350 Clothing, household expenses $100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 50 Other expenses: $ 400~ (Prosper lending?) Questions I've thought of... Why did I cancel the previous listing? Prosper wanted an enlarged driver's license for the purposes of using as a picture ID. After consultation, the issue as been resolved. My apologies to the previous group of dedicated lenders who helped out. I would appreciate your assistance again! Will I have a job when I arrive? Yes, that is being worked on with current clients who are located in Charlotte, NC. My hope is that I have something lined up well in advance of the move. Thankfully I have more than real estate/demographics under my belt, so I should be able to land something once we hit town! Are any costs being covered for the move by other sources? Yes, however those funds will come back to us 90 days after the transfer is completed. We hope to move in August with a start date for her of late August to early September. Do I love lenders who help bid down my rate? I love them dearly and so does my wallet! Why am I getting the loan and not her? Well, as you can see my credit rank has jumped up two grades since the last loan and I'm hoping to get an 'A' again. So I'm taking on the burden. She has a Prosper loan already (#303417) and is keeping payments timely as well. We appreciate the amazing credit correction Prosper.com has allowed us to pull off in such a short time! With power to borrow comes responsibility to repay! |
