Hi, I am requesting this second loan to consolidate more debt to a lower rate. As you can see I have been current with my existing loan and believe I've demonstrated to be a good risk. The following are updated financials: INCOME/EXPENSES The following is a breakdown of my monthly finances (not including my annual bonus $60,000 in ?07) which should demonstrate my ability to pay this loan: After Tax Income: $6,800 Rent (1,800) Auto (800) Parking/Ins (600) Debt pmts ($2,000) New Prosper pmt (est) (400) Incidental costs* (800) Net 400 *Incidental costs include utilities, commuting, dry cleaning, lunch, etc... My debt level at the time of my first Prosper loan has since increased by approx 8% primarily due to my wedding cost and because my previous lease was rolled into a new lease which obviously increased my debt level. I believe this actually contributed to the downgrade in my credit rating. If you look at my previous listing and compare it to this one, you'll see that I have don't have any delinquent payments on my credit history and in fact two of my previous delinquencies have been removed. Additionally the two late payments on my current Prosper loan were back in Nov/Dec and was in the middle of when my wife and I were changing bank accounts and I failed to realize that what I had changed effected my loan payments. My past and current history paying my existing loan is an indication that I am a responsible and trustworthy borrower. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
