Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Assist us in the finishing our basement. Most will be used to complete the bathroom in the basement. If we have any left over we would like to use it to fix a broken fence gate, and replacing the vacuum pump for our sprinkler system. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? We am trustworhty and have good credit. I have a very reliable job that I have been performing very well at and enjoy. I am a college grad that has an excellent job. I have other reliable people who assist with the paying of bills, etc. We consistantly have extra income at the end of the month that can be used to repay this loan. Our total monthly net income in the house between two of us is about $8750. This house was a foreclosure that was priced well undervalue and we have already put in about $10,000 of our own money into it fixing it up. We have done some great improvements to the home and we have added allot of value to the home by adding tile throughout the home, repainting the entire home, re-landscaping, and more. We would like to finish it off by adding a bathroom to the downstairs basement and complete the some of the other areas of the home that are still unfinished. Thank you very much!
