Why You Want To Lend To Me: This loan will be used pay down credit card in order to have a better monthly cash flow. I just purchased a Brand New beautiful Condo near the beach, and I don't want to be like so many unfortunate homeowners who took out 2nds and or variable HELOCS only to wind up in a horrible rut. I would rather have a personal loan that is unrelated to my property (not good to take out loan on secured debt) and pay it off in a couple years. I had some bad luck when I first moved in because my car broke down on me. My financial situation: Home: $1122 (room-mate) Utilities $100 Vehicle $383 Credit cards $100 Other debt $450 I am a good candidate for this loan because? 1. I have shown a good history of paying off personal loans in full and on time. 2. I have an excellent employment history having worked for the same company for over 19 years. 3. All of my credit is current with no recent lates in several years. Note: I have a great record of paying my bills, and I I had a 700 middle score (before I purchased Condo). Because I recently purchased property my score went down, however I was told it will go up after the credit bureaus showg payments toward my mortgage in a few months Monthly net income:$ 4,500 - and approx up to $5,500 with Pt Salary I have a full time job with the City of Los Angeles I am a Real Estate Agent - commission only I am a Part-time Leasing Consultant - temp About me: I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications/Humanities and a Certificate in Gardening and Horticulture/Landcape Architecture. My other skills are substitute teacher and Landscape/patio Designer. I I Love to Sing, Dance, and Draw. Ultimately once pay down my debt I would like to start my own Patio Design Company. |
