Purpose of loan: I am remodeling my kitchen so that I can sell my condo. I recently got engaged and in order to take the next steps in my life I need to have more flexibility than my expensive one-bedroom condo allows. The Seattle market is still strong, especially for condos and I'm going to use the proceeds from selling the house to pay off debt and replenish my savings. My financial situation: I always, always pay my bills first and on time, even when things get tight. Owning a home by myself has been a great learning experience, but it's also created very high housing payments which means I can't pay as much as I'd like towards my student loans and credit cards. Selling my home will allow me to pay off nearly all my debt and start saving for a better future and a family.
