Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate three loans I am currently paying off. They include a Visa, a Mastercard, and a vehicle loan. The three debts total around $22,000.00 and the excess in my request for $25,000.00 will be used to pay off the remaining balance on a bathroom remodel and new oven and microwave. I am not happy with the interest rates on my two credit cards or the vehicle loan so I have turned to the good people of Prosper after a friend of mine that works for the Medical Board for the state of Ohio told me about it. Hopefully I can do better here in regards to rates and consolidate my debts into one easy automatic payment each month! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I make approximately $100,000.00 a year and also am married with dual income. My wife is a nurse. The calculation of what my payment would be monthly with a Prosper loan would not be in excess of what I already pay on my debts now. Also, as a government employee, I am not going to be laid off at any time and have very secure employment. |
