Purpose of loan: I will be replacing all 53 windows in my 3 flat apartment building. The current windows are over 50 years old, and this is preventing me from upgrading our heating units as I want to be as efficient as possible. My hope is to finance this through prosper in order to create more equity for future remodeling. This will not only benefit me, but also my tenants, and will save everyone money on gas bills (averaged over $200/mo last winter). I have increased the rate I am willing to pay as this is VERY important to me. I currently bring in around $3600 a month between rents and income (rent two floors) and have around $2100 in out takes. I live in Chicago, so good windows are a must to fight the cold winter weather off. The ideas of P2P lending is a great one, and I would much rather borrow, and repay, people who help others than a big bank. Please lend a hand!
Monthly Breakdown:
Income: $3600
Mortgage: $900
Utilities: $200
Credit Cards: $350
Day-To-Day: $500
Misc: $150-250
ps. The "delinquency" on my record is a 6 year old issue that I have been fighting with American Express. I have been getting the run around on getting it removed for so long, that I am simply waiting for it to drop off. |
