Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Pay off some CC that have really high interest rates. The finance charges are to high My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I currently own my own home and I have a few rental properties as well that bring in positive cash flow. However some repairs to my truck, and homes have driven up my C.C.'s I need them payed off to get back on track with my balance sheet. I have never made a late payment on a credit card or on my mortgage. I have owned my rental units for about three years and my current house just under a year. I have a stable job with good income and this loan will actually bring my monthly payments down and pay my debt off years sooner saving me thousands. I have no car payment or any other debts besides my C.C's and my mortgages. I am as honest and responsible as they come and I believe integrity is the foundation for everything in life. Please lend me the money and you wont be dissapointed. P.S. It says my revolving credit balance is 94,000. Not sure why it says that except that I have a second mortgage thats a line of credit. My credit card balances total under 30,000 |
