The "why" . . . This loan will be used to pay off some recent debt I've accumulated while purchasing some new gear for my home project studio. I replaced my old desktop PC with a new laptop, that I can use for music production at home, and take with me to clubs for DJ gigs. I'm also upgrading my DAW software and purchasing a new audio interface. The "how" . . . My financial situation is solid. I'm a software engineer at Prosper (thank you for visiting!) with very little debt. My only debt outside my recent purchases is a student loan. I've decided to go into a little debt, because my old PC was starting to have serious performance issues. I couldn't get through a DJ set without a system failure.
