Hi Folks , First off my Debt to Income ratio is much lower than indicated. I buy and sell houses for a living and have many mortgages on my credit report which shows me as high debt. I use my credit very often which is the only reason my score is a C. I have never paid a payment late in twelve years and 56 credit lines..... check out my credit box.....
I am requesting this loan to pay off a higher rate card. It just makes sense.... I am a great credit customer and unfortunately in my business my credit gets ran several times per month which hurts my scores.....
I Own about 25 single family houses in Michigan, Florida, Virginia, and Maryland...... |
