Purpose of loan: I am a 28 yr old male who lives in boston with my 8yr old little girl. I am seeking a loan to repair my kitchen. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have excellent credit and I do not live outside my means. I do not want to use my credit cards because I do not want to max them out. By doing that it will lower my credit score and that would not be good. I live in 1 unit in my 3 family were i get rents of $1700 for each of the other two floors. And with my mortgage only $4100 I only pay around $700 to live there. I am currently collecting an additional $1000 from my other 2 family per month positive cash flow thanks to rent increases last month. |
