Purpose of loan: I am seeking a Prosper loan to finance the repairs that I recently made on my restaurant's kitchen and building. I own a small Thai and Sushi restaurant in Satellite Beach, Florida. My husband is a Sushi chef. We both work in the business full time and have very few employees and a small overhead, with rent under $2,500/mo. Our sales consistantly exceed $25,000.00 per month. We have a loyal base of customers, and the business is on the busy main highway that runs through town. We are one of the few restaurants in the area, our food is well-liked and our prices are competitive. My financial situation: I recently had to make some unexpected repairs to the kitchen and building. This is how I accumulated my credit card debt. With the Prosper loan, I will be able to reduce a lot of my credit card debt, make fewer payments, and my credit score should improve by transfering revolving debt to three year installment debt. My credit is good. I always make my payments on time. I have used my personal credit in my business, and this has lowered my score. DTI RATIO INCORRECT: Prosper will not allow me to report the business income. This loan is for business purposes, and the business will be reimbursing me for the payments. |
