I'm a 46 year old mother of 2 teenage boys that's desperate to get her and her children's lives back on track. I have been married for 21 years and have been in financial hell for just as long. I have finally made a break in the relationship that has kept me stressed, in complete panic mode, and ruined my credit for years. I have tried anything and everything to repair different situations. From borrowing money from my employer ($5000 at a payback rate of $500.00 a pay period, loan has been paid off completely)to the most foolish thing I have ever done--taking payday loans (I've had as many as 11 at one time--now I have 6) to pay bills, pay for some medical issues (I almost lost sight in one eye due to an infection--stressed related mine you) and to buy groceries. I so desperately want to get out of this situation, so that I can get us back on track and try to re-establish my own credit and give my self a sense of worth. I'm embarrassed and ashamed to say that I have taken 6 payday loans that cost me anywhere from $75.00 to $228.00 each every two weeks (desperate times have called for desperate measures). I've been dealing with these loans for a year now and have never missed a payment (not including paying my employer off at $500 every two weeks for a $5000.00 loan). If I can pay close to $600.00 or more every two weeks I'm sure I could pay $200 to $250 once a month and never miss a beat. If I pay these off that will give me about $1200.00 a month. Need to Pay: >United Cash Loans: $325.00 >My Cash Now: $818.00 >Pay Day Select: $575.00 >Pay Day One: $ 56.00 >Instant Cash Loan Till Payday: $325.00 >US Fast Cash: $455.00. Total of Payday Loans: $2554.00 >Dues for my 16 year old son for Marching Drum & Bugle Corps this summer of $835.00 (have paid about half dues were $1700. >Need ASAP (just found out today) need $250.00 for Band Fee & Choir Fee for Boys at school. (They didn't want to ask due to finances) >Clear Credit Report. Income (Work 40+ hours a week) >$2400 (roughly and without OT) month before taxes >$200 to $400 from crafts (beading in spare time) >Soon to be ex helps some (not a set amount every 2 week) ranges from $150 to $300 Expenses: >Car Insurance: $61.00 (no car note own car outright) >Living with family member until I can get on my feet financially. Help with what ever I can (usually about $300.00 a month) I know that I'm asking a lot to have complete strangers trust in me and I know that everyone is tight these days just due to the cost of living. If you could please find it in your hearts to take this chance in helping this family of three get back on track and make a new life, we would be forever grateful. Sincerely, Susan |
