Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Pay off credit card debt that accrued during a long and expensive legal battle in family court. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? My husband and I are both employed full time, and I am a full time college student with one year left to get my BA degree in social work. We are committed to getting out of debt so we can improve our credit score and eventually buy a home. In the last year or so we had improved our credit scores and had our credit cards paid off. Our situation changed dramatically when we had to hire a family law attorney to settle a bitter argument over child support and custody of my six year old stepdaughter which ended up costing us around $5,000. We were ordered to pay almost $700 a month in child support..together these expenses have taken a toll on our financial situation. We ended up having to charge a majority of the attorney and court expenses to our credit cards. Monthly net income: $ 3200.00 Monthly expenses: $ 2988.00 Housing: $ 650.00 Insurance: $ 140.00 Car expenses: $ 500.00 Utilities: $ 130.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 140.00 Food, entertainment: $ 300.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 350.00 Other expenses: $ Child Support $678.00 |
