Newly added Information: My debt to income ratio is based on the lowest amount that we expect to make for the year. We're currently at about $29,500.00 for this year.....so far. But, we still have several months to go befor this year is up. We expect this for the next 3 years:1st year = $40,000.00+ 2nd year = $40,000.00 to $60,000.00+3rd year = $50,000.00 to 75,000.00+I'm just looking for a little help.......thats all....Thanks,,,,,oh my most recent listing was for $2,250.00 and I was funded a little over $600.00 on it........but it just wasn't enough...... A little about me: I am originally from Tacoma, WA and I moved to Texas during the mid 90's. I am 28 years young and I currently live in Austin, Tx. I own & operate a Mobile Detailing & Windshield repair business here. I am a recent business owner 2005, and everything is starting to pick up, but it has been somewhat slow in the past. I work 7 days a week from 7am to 8:30pm in most cases, but if a job requires me to be there earlier or later, it will happen. My current credit situation: My credit is horrible, disasterous, poor, bad.....etc whatever other names it can be called, that is what my credit is like. My credit isn't bad because of major credit cards, or loans. Its where its at for many different reasons.I have several medical bills, phone bills, a couple small amount credit cards, a charge off on car that I co-signed for someone else ( this is the worse one out of them all ), several small loan companys. I would like to sit here and tell you that I'm paying all of these off, but I refuse to lie, because thats not the case. Now, I have contacted several of these companys to see if they would work with me, and needless to say, but I was verbally abused by these folks. I do plan to start working on paying this stuff off, but I know you have to start somewhere. What am I willing to do: First of all let me say thank you for looking at my listing, I really do appreciate it very much.I am willing to use the title to the trailer once paid as collateral. I am also wiling to pay as high of an interest rate needed to get this loan. I will make all payments on time and in a timely manner. I am also willing to pay more than prospers required monthly payments, just to get the loan paid off in a timely manner. I am also willing to give you a detailed list of my credit history. My current living expenses: Rent = $350.00 mo. Electric = $75.00 mo. Gas = $20.00 mo. Food = $100 mo. Medical = $20 mo. I also have my business expenses, which I can disclose this information upon requesting it, thank you please do take the time to read this, I would like to attempt to rebuild, but I need a little help.....thank you!!! |
