Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay down some costly 16% debt that I used to purchase a great piece of land on which I'm building the buildings in the picture. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because: 1) Great credit 2) High profile executive who has no intention of defaulting on a $25k loan and besmirching a flawless 17 year record of honorable business execution.
