Purpose of loan: Hello! I am a Prosper Lender who now wants to borrow some cash for a great real estate investment. I am planning to purchase a commercial real estate property secured and fully leased for the life of the Prosper loan! This is some extra cash for inspection and closing costs. I've already been approved for the mortgage and we'll be closing in one month. The investment will be cash flow positive with a cap rate of approximately 10%! It's a great deal! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have the experience to purchase this investment and the cash flow ability to repay the loan easily. As a Prosper Lender, I understand the importance of paying back the loan. I will surely repay this loan on time! Also, I make a good income working part-time (income listed) as well as additional income from my real estate properties and consulting business. Furthermore, my husband works full time and we easily live off of one income.
