Purpose of loan:
I have been in the insurance/financial business for 8 years. I recently purchased an office building for $300,000 of which I put $60,000 down of my personal funds. I had renovations done to the building at a cost of $100,000 of which $75,000 was paid out of my personal funds. I am looking for working capital to fund a Marketing campaign to introduce a new product launch that I am finalizing with my field marketing organization. I will also be paying down a credit card balance. We have added a new College Funding Division to our company and anticipate adding a Property and Casualty Division in Sept. 2008.
I do not anticipate having a problem repaying this loan. Your help with present cash flow need would be greatly appreciated.
