Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to? pay down my debt sooner rather than later!

My financial situation:
I am appealing for your help - I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have a good job where I have been for almost 11 years, I have raised my two college-age children since they were in diapers with no support working three jobs if necessary.
I am responsible and I work very hard to pay my bills on time, and I don't want bad credit because I have
worked too hard to get where I am.
When my second of two children entered college, I sold my townhome and purchased the condo near HiltonHead (attached a picture of my condo) - in an effort to create another income stream to support my children - tying up dollars by upgrading and furnishing the investment.
It is for sale, but since the market has been soft, it has not sold yet (maybe someone would like to purchase it!)   :)However, I have been successful in renting through vrbo and it is currently rented for $1,000/month which almost covers
all out of pocket costs.  I have learned valuable lessons from the purchase, and look forward to selling.

I really want to pay down the debt that I have - I want to be debt free in three years. I have learned a hard lesson.
I have read Dave Ramsey's book, and if I can get this loan and close those accounts, then I am going to start using his methods to work to pay down all my debts, smallest to largest.

If I can get this loan and close those credit cards/lines, paying this consolidation at the best possible rate that you are willing to give me, then when I sell my condo I can pay off the balance of the outstanding debt and I can finally start saving!

I am so grateful for this potential opportunity, so thank you!
