Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay for the sudden expansion we are experiencing. We started a company to compete against a well established company that had become complacent. When our competition heard that we had been approved as a wholesaler to compete head-to-head with them, they started talking about closing their doors. This provides an amazing opportunity to implement our business plan on a significantly larger scale. To do this we have come to Prosper.com to obtain the funds necessary to make it work. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have great personal credit, but I am not alone. This loan will be backed by the cash flow of Complete Car Wash Solutions and my two partners. We have sold some ancilary items to get the cash flow going, but the big news is that we have a contract for our first big sale and three others that are about 80% probability of sale. |
