Hello. Thank you for taking a moment to review my loan application. I am requesting $25,000 to purchase a boat slip for my boat. I am contributing $75,000 to the sale. Since it is a usage license and not a deeded piece of property, obtaining traditional financing was difficult and I am putting more of my own money towards the purchase than I had originally intended and I hope you can help me with the remainder. I already paid off one Prosper loan in short order and am a lender here myself. I own the boat outright, don't have a car payment and my only notable monthly expense is the mortgage on my home, which I have been in for about five years. I would like to get a low, low rate on this loan, so I encourage you to bid early and bid often. |
