Purpose of loan: This is a follow up to my last request for a loan. I was surprised that the last requested didn't get funded given my outstanding credit, interest rate and use of proceeds. Prosper suggested that I ask for less money so I guess I have to shoot lower to develop a reputation on Prosper. No Problem! The Pitch: My company develops marketing software for Clients such as Ford, The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), IndyMac Bank and over 100 other mid-level and enterprise customers. We have been in business since 2002 and have had nice steady growth. We try to bill most of our clients via credit card to protect the company's cash flow however larger companies don't like to pay this way and usually pay Net 60. Some debt has become necessary to help with cash flow. Please help me get started on prosper so I can raise additional funds so I can compete more effeciently with better funded competitors. Our product and service offerings are superior and our pricing is at least a third less on the enterprise level. Please feel free to read more about my company. I am open to answering most questions. Gold Lasso My financial situation: The company did $850K in revenue in 2007 with a real loss of $25K. This year we expect to do $1.3M in revenue with a profit of $150K. My credit is good and my business partner's credit is good and we have never defaulted on a loan or line of credit. Both my partner and I have substantial liquid assets to cover this loan. |
