Purpose of loan: I am planning to open a new Chiropractic Clinic in the city of Belen, Costa Rica. Currently the country of Costa Rica has approximately 4.3 million people and only 20 chiropractors. Costa Rica is "the" up and coming hot spot for Americans to invest money in businesses and real estate. As a country, they place a high emphasis on healthcare. My financial situation: I graduated with my Doctorate in Chiropractic in September of 2006. Most of my personal financial resources have been invested into the requirements for my residency in Costa Rica. The residency will allow me to stay in Costa Rica and run the office, without having to leave every 90 days to renew my tourist visa. I have already established the location for the office. It is a new shopping center in one of the rapidly growing areas in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, approximately 10 minutes from San Jose International Airport. Monthly overhead on the office will be $3,000 or less. The projected monthly collections, within 9 months, will be $10,000+. |
