Hello, I am a successful ecommerce entrepreneur based in Atlanta, GA, seeking funds to invest in my business. These funds will be used to fuel additional growth and prepare for the Holiday shopping season. Take a look at www.sleepytimestore.com for an example of my current ecommerce properties. SleepyTime Store caters to the middle to high end baby and women's boutique shopper, and is enjoying exceptional growth this year. Our sales are increasing by 10% to 20% monthly, and we are anticipating a strong holiday sales performance. We already have in place significant funding from our core group of local investors and advisors, all successful business leaders in the Atlanta area, and are also intrigued by the Prosper.com person-to-person lending model. We enjoy significant profit margins in the marketplace segment we serve, and will be able to leverage further funds to accelerate our growth, take care of our existing customers, and cultivate new customers. Our Prosper funds will be used to increase our product inventories in preparation for the holiday rush. My personal credit score has dropped this year as I have financed certain business expenses and increased my credit card balances, but I have an excellent repayment record, and am committed to financial integrity. The single 30 day late payment on my record is the result of a bookkeepping error on my part at the end of 2004, and I take full responsibility for it. Besides this one mistake, I have a flawless payment record, and always pay in full and on time.
