My husband and I are opening up a pizzeria/sports bar in an excellent location we own in a beach community in South Florida. I know I am a great candidate for this loan since my husband and I make a good income and have an excellent credit history (I?ve never been late on any payments). Our business is ideal for today?s economy. We want to provide families with a dining experience that is of great quality and very affordable. My husband and I have been in the restaurant business for many years while I was in college and him through law school. Our head pizza maker/partner has been making pies for over 20 years at another location (25 minutes South) that?s been repeatedly voted as the city?s ?Best Pizza.? We have done our research; have the right staff and an ideal location. We have every reason to believe that this business will ramp up very quickly and become a Cash Cow due to its incredible visibility, traffic and demand. We also believe that we will be able to repay this loan within the first year. We are very involved in many organizations throughout our city and have received a great deal of support from our neighbors, city officials and employees about this very much desired concept.
