Purpose of using Prosper: I came home to a flooded basement. Sump pump gave out! I need the extra cash to fix a few items insurance won't cover. A better floor, some accents etc... My Money Situation: I have steady work/income and have been in my profession over 20 years. I make $4300.00 to $5000.00 a month. I also won a lawsuit and have money coming back to me that was held in escrow. I can verify the money by having my lawyer fax you all the court documents or you can easily research it yourself through the Hennepin County Court Records. It takes a while before I get the escrow but it shouldn't be no longer than a month or so. That's why I'm trying to get a loan from Prosper to fix my basement till I receive the funds. The money I'll be receiving isn't the judgment from the other parties but money that was set aside till the court made a ruling. So that will be extra cash I'll have in addition to my normal pay. I am a good candidate for this loan because I have funds/cash-flow that can be verified with little effort on someones part. The loan will be an excellent investment for anyone who wants to look further into my situation. I can guarantee you that I'm an excellent candidate for funding. I want to be able to build my credit up again for my familys future. As you can see from my last listing my first request for funding was accomplished.I?m an independent contractor so I receive checks/cash and 1099s I have my 2005 and 2006 schedule c tax returns and filed extension for 2007 because I'm waiting for all my 1099s to come in. My income cannot be listed as verified because of that fact. I can provide my Schedule C from my 2005 and 2006 taxes and I own two homes.
