Purpose of loan: MRDigital has just finished the process of sending paperwork to the State of Ohio. However, promotions and sales materials are needed now! The business is a partnership, and we have already invested $18,000 in equipment to create and edit digital video and we are specializing in product promotion on the web. We have most of our equipment, but since we are filming in HD the downgrading of footage on our Intel IMAC is just taking way too much valuable time. A more powerful Mac Pro desktop will add the edge to our software and allow for quicker rendering and storage, as well as open up the IMAC for additional office use. Since this start up is a 2nd job for me through the first year, that time spent rendering is money lost. If I can get a good rate on Prosper, I'd really like to give it a go. I think the current rate through Apple credit is over 10% My financial situation: I work full time as a salesman in the advertising field. Brining in around $35,000 last year, could be more this year, but it really depends on the start up. It's a 2nd job at the moment. I will see what kind of rate I get here and then my partner will have to approve it, as ownership will be transfered to the business in about a month. |
