Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? My LLC did better in 2007 than I had anticipated. I can send installments to pay off my tax liability but would rather send one lump sum as the government charges a monthly fee to send installments. All state and local taxes have been paid in full as well as my first quarterly estimate due in April of 2008. What I had availible to pay off 2007 federal was not enough however. I also have a commercial building set to sell (closing May 9th) that would give me the money to pay in full however I want the payments to be made from my LLC. I listed previously but my state (Pennsylvania) had a maximum interest rate I could offer at 5% so it was difficult to get noticed. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because?The situation that caused me to not have enough set aside for 2007 has been corrected and will not be a problem for 2008. I hope my credit rating and no revolving debt helps to reassure you. Thanks for considering me. |
