Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to complete upgrade on my main bathroom and also to pay off some payday loans. I continue to do much needed upgrades to my home. I have put in most of the funds for the work from my little savings and I resorted to taking out cash advances to fund the work. This was the biggest mistake I made as I cannot find the room in my budget to pay off these loans. I rented out a room in my house to a friend in order to get extra help, as my lender started escrowing for taxes and insurance. My daughter has helped me in the past, but I can no longer put that burden on her as she has a family and a home of her own which she is taking care of solely, due to her husband's unemployment. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have always been on time with payments on my Prosper loan. I have shown that I am low risk and I have improved my credit standing since my last loan with Prosper. I have approximately 15 payments towards my proper loan. I believe I had one late payment (not more than 30 days late) because I was strapped for cash recently, due to the cash advances. I MUST work overtime in order to bring home a decent paycheck to cover all my expenses. Monthly net income: $3,400 from salary+1175 rental income= $4,575 per month Monthly expenses: $4,289 Housing: $ 3139 (includes lender required escrows) Insurance: $0 Car expenses: $0 Utilities: $250 Phone, cable, internet: $50 Food, entertainment: $200 Clothing, household expenses $150 Credit cards and other loans: $300 (includes $87 Prosper loan) Other expenses: $300 (cash advances) I have $186 left to pay this loan. Once the cash advances are paid off, I will have an extra $300 in my budget. I hope that you lenders will have faith in me again and will fund my new loan. Thanks for your consideration. |
