Hello. I?m looking to borrow from those on Prosper in order to put the money in the stock market. I have been investing in the market for about 4 years now and have had success. I am looking for some extra capital to invest in the market at this time. I currently have about $14k invested in the market, with another $3k in cash looking for some buying opportunities. At this time in the market, I feel that there are many buying opportunities and would like to borrow some extra money to do so. My investment style is to look for value investments. I usually hold stock for at least one year. This method of investing has proved successful over the past few years. I am also planning on updating my investment results via a blog at summrs1.blogspot.com. I will pay the monthly payments buy selling some of the stock each month. To avoid transaction fees, I am going to open an account with Zecco where I can trade with no transaction fees. I plan on putting some of my own money in the account to trade with to keep the balance above the $2,500 minimum to qualify for free trades. I enjoy investing in stocks and am looking to make some extra money. At the end of 3 years, I hope to have beaten the market and have some extra money for myself. If not, I have plenty of resources to makeup for any losses. I have great credit and am looking for a way to borrow some money at a low rate. By bidding on my loan, you can earn some money yourself at rates higher than current saving and CD rates. ING Direct savings account is currently earning 3% and 3 year CD rates from Bankrate.com are currently showing 4.1% APY. |
