Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to real estate from the County of San Bernardino. They have their tax defaulted sales later this month. They require a 5K deposit by 5/10 and I only have 2K of it. I would prefer not to make any payments until I sell ( probably 3-4 months in this slow market. I will list it agressively and below market. If I do not win the bid, I will not need the loan. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I'm a homeowner with additional collateral (an acre of land in LA County). My credit score is about 680 and climbing. Also, I have purchased and resold 3-4 of these types of properties in the past 4 years. I know the process and rewards of it. |
