Good day everyone, I am requesting this loan in order to increase my credit score im currently at 676 average and was at 757 4 months ago but due to moving expenses i increased my credit limit over the recommended 25% max use and my score has dropped. I'm a recent college grad (class of 05 woohoo lol and 1st in the family so im happy about that) and got a degree in Architecture. I been employeed for a wonderful company (Prego Engineers) for the past 6 years and i owe these people alot because for the 5 years i was in school they accomodated me and when i looked too stressed they would assure me things would get better. I have been plannin for the past 2 years on starting my own business as a home inspector & oversee small construction projects but because my employers have treated me so well i feel bad leaving them but my boss will be retiring from the engineering field in the next year or two so i figured i'll prepare myself to work on my own.
Since getting on salary (42k) I have been repairing my credit and have learned so much (i wish someone would have told me everything i know now ten years ago!) it would have saved me and my loved ones so much headaches. I just turned 28 and i expected to have so much more at this age so my goal is to own a home by age 30. So this is my beggining steps. I have a 8yr old daughter that hates my job because it takes up her mother time. and i try to talk to her like an adult and she gets it but still doesnt liek it. i told her soon as we get a house i will quit my job and work from home to be able to do more things together so she already wrote a list of things we would do and everything she wants in our house. so in due time it will go from paper into construction, just like in architecture! lol |
