Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off a credit card that is at 9.99%. We have two credit cards that we used while in school and would now like to pay them off - if we can get a lower interest rate to pay this one, it would allow us to pay more on the other and try to get them paid quicker. We pay four hundred per month - two hundred on each, so the lower this payment is the more we can apply to the other. My financial situation: We are good candidate for this loan because we have always paid our debt. My husband and I have been together for 18 years, have four children and between us have four college degrees that we have acquired in that 18 years between kids. We did not have parents that helped us, we payed for ourselves all the way through. We have worked hard to get to where we are today and are finding it to be very slow in paying down the debt between credit cards, students loans, mortgage, a truck payment and everyday life. We saw the news tonight that mentioned this site and decided if we could get a lower rate here and pay interest to private investors instead of the big businesses - we would like that. We're going to pay interest on a loan no matter where it is, we might as well support the little guy. |
