Low Risk Loan!!!!

I?m looking to borrow $10,000.00 to reinvest in Prosper and other investments. This will be my second re-investment loan and I've been a lender on Prosper for over a year.  My current loan of $5,000 originiated in August 2007 and has already been paid down to about $1,800.  I plan to do the same with this loan - pay down the loan early based on my return on investment.

Prosper lenders can view this loan as a safe loan in their portfolio to offset other risky loans. Here are several reasons to make this loan:

·Monthly payments no problem - my income ($200K +) is more than sufficient to cover the loan payments and all of my current expenses;

·Excellent credit;

·Low debt/income ratio;

·Homeowner; and

·Fellow Prosper lender.
