I am a single mother of one.  My son is 17 years old. I am currently pursueing my MBA/ACC from the University of Phoenix.  I have been employed with my current employer since February 2002. I have a steady employment history and an excellent repayment history for over three years straight.

I am requesting a loan to pay my contractor for work already performed on the demolition of the detached garage structure at my house in Pittsburg, CA and to also have it rebuilt. Thank you in advance for your bid.
