Who I Am:
I am 52 years-old with two grown childern and four grandchildern. I work a full time job. I have been working for this company for 19 years now. The company I work for is United Surety Agents, INC.

 About My Place Of Employment:

United Surety Agents, Inc. (USA Inc.) is the largest single general surety agency in the United States. With broad underwriting authority, United Surety Agents, Inc. provides a wide range of civil and criminal bonding services. However, its primary focus is appearance (bail) bonds for the criminal justice system. Les Sebring, its current President and Chief Executive Officer, began his experience in the industry in 1965. In 1986 he founded United Surety Agents, Inc. which has grown into a network of more than 200 agents in over 20 states. To support this business expansion, United Surety Agents, Inc. headquarters staff has increased to ten full time employees. In November 2002 the company moved into its own building in order to accommodate the larger staff and additional office space needed to maintain service to our agents and clients. The company's solid record of success has been built around several key operating principles: Integrity Experience and Leadership A deep, continuing commitment to service Active involvement in legislative and educational processes. While a major portion of the company's underwriting is for surety appearance (bail) bonds, United Surety Agents, Inc. can provide a wide range of civil bonds covering employee dishonesty, municipal contracts, janitorial/maintenance services, notary publics, public officials and others.

My Monthly Budget:

$40,000.00 Before Taxes = $32,000.00 After Taxes Land Contract Payment- $350.00 Car payment w/Full Insurance- $440.00 Credit Cards- One Credit Card- $15.00 Balance on card-$188.00 Second Credit Card- $25.00 Balance on Card-$250.00 House Bills- $160.00 (Electric,Gas,Phone,Cable,Water) Food,Gas,and Etc....- $375.00 _________________________ Total Monthly $1365.00 X 12 months = $16380.00 a year in Expences Now if you add Prosper loan into my monthly budget of $200.00 Total monthly $1565.00 X 12 months = $18780.00 for three years in Expences So that would leave me at $13220.00 to the good and if you take out $8000.00 for vacation or whatever eles a year. That would leave me to the positive of $5220.00.

The Reason For The Loan Requested:

The loan is for me to bring my son and his family closer to me. The loan will pay for their moving expences of $1339.00 (for Moving Truck, Gas, Food, and Lodging) Half of their rent and security deposit of $1250.00 for their home here to rent, New Office (rent), Business Licensing (state of Texas), Registering a LLC (State of Texas), Advertising of Business, and Etc... of $3160.00. He will be keeping his company in Ohio as well as the one he will be starting here in Texas. My agreement with my son to move here was that I would help with the expenses that will incure for the move to Texas. That's only fair to him.

 For My One Delinquency:

It is for a Hospital bill when I had my minor stroke that my insurance company was suppose to pay. So I have made agreement with the hospital to pay $31.17 a month for six months.I did this agreement with them (Hospital) until I can find out if the insurance co. is going to pay the bill and if they don't then I will pay they off (Hospital). Also I want to let you know that I can pay this loan back and I have fitten it to my monthly budget with no problems (as I did in my Budget part) and I still have room in my budget.
