My husband and I are opening up a pizzeria/sports bar on a piece of property we own in a dramatically transforming neighborhood.Our property is an ideal location for a pizzeria/sports bar with great visibility on a main corridor where 35,000 cars pass per day. We are surrounded by middle class families and upscale homes with thousands of residences being built and more being planned within a few blocks away. We are very involved in many organizations throughout our city and have received a great deal of support from our neighbors, city officials and employees about this very much desired concept. We have been working on plans for modifications to the existing structure to make it suitable for this use. We are looking for additional funding in order to complete the modifications and buy supplies. We are willing to secure additional funds with our property for which there is plenty of equity. Our head pizza maker/partner has been making pies for over 20 years at another location that?s been repeated voted as the city?s ?best pizza.? We have done our research; have the right staff, an ideal location and look forward to realizing a dream we?ve had for some time now. |
