About me.... I am 28 years old and I am a Managing Agent for Homeowners Associations in the Seattle area. I have been in property management for 7 years.

There are a couple of reasons for applying for a loan. My credit card company Bank One recently merged or sold to Chase and my 7.99% interest rate immediately jumped to a very high rate. I also have some dental work that I need to have done very soon which is not covered by my insurance. The final item is buying furniture for my apartment. Rather than make monthly payments to multiple places, I would like to pay them all in full and have only one payment to payback to a lender.

My credit grade shows as a ?C? which was shocking to see since my credit score is 710.  I am aware that I do not have very much credit but the credit I do have is very good. It is always something different when it comes to advice on credit. I hear you should close paid off lines of credit because too much available credit makes you a risk and on the flip side I hear I should leave them open to benefit my credit. I hear you don?t want multiple credit cards available then I hear that you should have open ones that are paid off. I can?t figure out how to win the credit game!

All of my bills and credit lines are always on time and current. I make approximately $44,000 annually and I have low monthly bills, which allows me to make larger payments than the minimum. If I am able to get funding to consolidate these items, my monthly payment on the loan would be $400-$800. My monthly expenses are as follows:

Rent $650

Electric & Phone $100

Car insurance $150

Misc (food, gas etc.) $300

I am not going to lie and say that I need this for any other reason than the truth. I am aware there are people who need money badly and this is not a desperate situation. It is merely a consolidation loan to make my life easier and allow me to get my dental work sooner than later.

So, do you want to help simplify my bills and make some easy interest money at the same time? Of course you do! Who wouldn?t? Act now; this is a limited time offer! (Well I had to get a little of my personality in there!)

Thank you to everyone who took a moment to read this. Thank you for your consideration.
