Purpose of loan: This is the second loan I am getting with Prosper. I paid the first one off early, and plan to do the same with this one. I am getting this loan to pay off a 401k loan I took out a couple years ago. The amount of this loan is about the same amount I am borrowing, however, the I am paying this amount over a year on the 401k loan. The payments make my budget extra tight, so this loan, over 3 years, will allow me some flexibility. I may answer questions slowly, only because of a lack of a internet connection currently. Years ago, I had trouble with finances because of a divorce and a business I was part owner of. I am not involved in any of those situations now. My financial situation: I have a very little debt. I also have a budget that will allow me to pay off this loan in a timely manner.
