Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to build a fence around the perimeter of my back yard and home for my dogs and myself.  Since I am in an urban redevelopment area with this townhome, the fence will also protect my property in the back yard as well as allow me to let my dogs loose to enjoy the sun and yard without a tether.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because if you look at my credit report, you will see that I have never missed a payment (with the exception of my bankruptcy) for many years.  I am 2 years out of bankruptcy and I now own a home.
I am a Limo driver that gets alot of my income via tips. Now during the summer months, things slow down in South Florida as it is "out of season" so that time frame is always more difficult, but I have learned to weather that storm.  If I get this loan, if it could be structured over a 2 year period at less than 10%, it would greatly help me.
I have 3 dogs and they are all rescues, and most of my extra money goes into taking care of them.  Dogs seem to find me as I have found 11 dogs in the last 4 years I have lived in Florida, returning 7 to their owners, keeping 2 of them and placing 2 in good homes.  The fenced in yard will assist me with this "issue" .  I cannot turn away an animal in distress.
The estimate I got on the job is around $1700 with permits and construction for a wood fence. The rest of the money will be used to get my most recent rescue, Luke, and Albino Dobie fixed and allow me to do some other minor things to my home.  This is a new 2bedroom townhome with a garage. Appraised value by Wachovia Bank is $290,000. I put down a nice downpayment so I do have equity in the house.
My credit is important, and I will make sure my debt is paid on time.  Thank you for your consideration.
