PLEASE HELP!
I have an "A" Credit Rating and am willing to pay as high as 28% interest to Prosper Lenders.  Based on my credit rating, I should be able to get a loan closer to 15% or less.  However, I want to make sure I can get my loan funded and am willing to pay a premium in order to stop having to deal with Citibank which can change the rules anytime they feel like it.

My Financial Situation:
I am an excellent candidate for this loan because I have the ability to easily pay on time.  My wife and I combined earn over $220,000 annually.  Additionally, my wife has finished rehabbing our home which is the reason for our high amount of revolving debt.  Our monthly incomes easily cover our monthly expenses and debt obligations.  Thus, we now are in a position to pay down our debt completely within the next two years.

Debt to Income Ratio:
You might wander why my DTI Ratio is so high.  It's because all our debt is all under my name and according to Prosper's rules, I can only include my individual income.  Otherwise, our household DTI Ratio would be closer to 30% if you included my wife's income.

How Did I Get in this Position?
Here?s the scoop.  I despise debt and am quite frugal.  However, my lovely wife is a house snob and has no patience.  Thus, she went crazy and spent $40,000 on home improvements and then handed me the bills.   As result I didn?t have much choice other than to use my great credit to pay her bills.  For the past few years, I have been working diligently to refinance or obtain a home equity line via conventional financial institutions.  However, I have continued to bang my head against a wall.  They keep telling me that our income is terrific, but because of my wife?s poor credit score they can?t do anything for us.    Also, I would much rather pay interest to Prosper Lenders, rather than the greedy financial institutions.
