Purpose of loan: Flip a Car- 1999 Mercedez Benz only 59k Miles- Mint Condition buying from a friend for only $10,000 its worth $16,000 online so I should make a quick buck but until it sells why not cruise in a Benz- My financial situation: IS GREAT- LOOK i have at 24% DTI when you factor in my wifes income and the extra $$ teaching PIANO i can't prove- I teach clients debt consolidation and retirement planning for a living as a Licensed Financial Specialist for Wachovia.
