Hi my name is Jamie, I am 27 years old. I am currently finishing real estate school and looking for a real estate job. I am a homeowner in Suwanee Ga. I have lived in the same community for 5 years now. I previously owned a town home here and now live in a single family home. I am very family oriented, my younger brother lives with me and we are very involved with family life with our parents, sister and her two girls. I have 2 puppies, which are like my kids. Reggie and Noah. They are peke's, and unless you have a dog of your own you cannot possible understand how much happiness they can bring to your life, they are better spirited than the vast majority of people I have met. I have not lived in my house for long and have thought over selling in order to free up some money, however I have learned that this option will do more harm in the long run than good. I have supported myself up until now through bartending and waitressing. I have paid my way through college. I have a bachelor in Marketing and an associate in Biology from North Georgia College and State University. Even after college I chose to continue in the restaurant business because I loved the environment so much. I have always done well with this job but I now realize why everyone always told me that it is only that, a job not a career. This is why I am working to get my real estate license. I realize that bartending is great for a young person starting out or maybe for someone who is not interested in starting a family or having a career. Through real estate I still get to work with people and I am still using the selling skills that I have developed, and it is a career choice, one offering a greater stability with unlimitless opportunities and options. I am so excited about getting my real estate license and look forward to starting a new career path. I know that this is not an easy solution but I know I will be able to succeed at it through hard work and dedication. I want to be able to concentrate fully on completing school and finding the best career choice for me. This is why I am looking to get a loan. I am a very hard worker and do not take things for granted. I am trying to better my life and make decisions that are going to help me to prosper in the near future instead of living for the minute. |
