Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to allow me to invest in the South Florida Real Estate Market. I have been actively researching the market in south Florida and believe it is a great time to buy investment property. I am focused on rental properties, residential and multi-family(apartment complexes, etc.). I am currently taking the real estate license training to become a certified agent. I will have more information and resources available once I am in the Real Estate Industry. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my bills on time! I am confident in my education and decision to invest in real estate. There are alot of benefits right now to be an investor. Congress is passing bills to subsidize foreclosure housing and give tax breaks to investors purchasing foreclosures. I am asking for assistance to get started.
