Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to fund marketing efforts. We have a new effort called the Curves Avon Fitness Study. We have had great success in past years fith similar programs. I would rather borrow the money than fund it out of cash flow so that we don't risk our stability. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because we have a very stable business that has 4 significantly positive events this year. Including the Fitness Study, there is a new program with a major employer in Cleveland that will pay for membership for all of their female employees. One of our clubs is moving in the next 6 weeks which generally results in a nice bump in membership. Lastly, the CurvesSmart equipment upgrade will revolutionize the business as it has done in all of the markets where it has been installed in the past. |
