Background Information: My name is Franklyn, I study Finance at George Mason University - and have been employed at Best Buy for the last 3 years, I make ~$600 every two weeks, and my only expense is gas. **Prosper won't allow any higher than an 11% interest rate for my listing** [VA Resident] My parents needed more time to pay for my classes this semester so I covered everything except $1000 that I swiped my credit card for - It's got a 22.30% interest rate.
