I am requesting this loan in order to increase my credit score to a full "AA" rating, at which point I will begin investing in real estate.  The only way for me to improve my credit score is to take out additional lines of credit and show consistent payments.  As you can see I have absolutely no debts (0 dti's are pretty rare on Prosper).  In addition I am employed as an investment banker/associate with an annual income of 75000 + bonus.

You really won't find a safer investment here on Prosper
