a) About Me: I am --- years old, married for 5 years. -- Both of our children are grown---. I have been with my current employer for 9+ years (The "Current" employer is a contractor but I still work in same building, job, location as I did for 9+n years) I am a part time Lender with Prosper and intend to increase my involvement. I have a number of refererals arriving at Prosper (this is documented) b) Explanation of Bad Credit: I have always been responsible with my finances but less than a year ago, my credit scores slipped from C+ to D because..I wanted to lower my interest rates last May, didn't know of a place of Prosper, at the time..and I had to.do a settlement, that is now completed. .. I have 2, no longer 3 delinquencies records, because. I paid one off completely last month.(the $1,500+ remaining bears this out, since before, it was $4,000+ ) Experian DID update that part and Prosper has the visibile proof. Again, the deliquencies are in Settlement.. But things have improved since.March 22, . (I have reduced my overall debt so fart this past three months by more than $4,000.00.... My DTI (debt to income ratio) is good because $800 a month isno longer coming out of my pay from the one I paid off last month... I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and to get my credit scores up to where they should be. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you or my team down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it. c) What I will Do with the Money Loaned to me: $.2,500... will help pay off,2 Credit Cards, (I will use part of my pay to add to this, Only one will remain,(it is my Nornal Credit Union credit card and that balance will be lowered with my regular pay within 20 days $.850.00.. will go towards..Dental work (Root Canal, post/core etc. - All additional funding for my dental work will come from benefits ($1,000 yearly coverage, free exam and X-Rays, cleanings) d) Here are my Monthly Financial Details: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $2640.00 Spouse's Income: $5,170.00 Total monthly family Income $ 7,810.00 Mortgage/Rent: $375.00 (we split this) Phone: $ 25.00 Cell Electricity:Wife pays this $60 Car 90 Gas (PAID for Sept 2007 - for 2003 Toyota) $ Food: $250 $ Insurance: $80 $ Clothing: $50 $ Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $400.00 (Settlement payments with 0 Interest) actually totals exact monthly amount I paid before settlement. $ Other: $ 350.00 per month that the Prosper Loan would cover AND Reduce by $125 to $150 per month, this doesn't include savings in other areas and should also leave a good portion to repay the Prosper Loan. Total Monthly Expenses : $1,540.00 I will have $900.00_ left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. e) Closing Remarks to Lenders: As you can see, I am much better prepared to reduce overall debt, while making payments on time, every time. I am also authorizing "automatic' deduction from by account to pay back the Prosper Loan. Having a FIXED RATE makes this much simpler and less costly over time, for which I would greatly appreciate.
