Purpose- We have 3 credit cards with low balance/ high rates that we want to eliminate. Rate- This is the max Prosper will allow for our state Education/ Income- I have a B.S. in Management Science. I have held various management positions within 2 companies during the past 16 years. My current salary (including Bonuses) is 55K. Assets- Both of our vehicles, and our camper are paid for. The payoff on our home is 114K. (Our monthly payment is $860 which includes insurance and property taxes.)We have made several improvement to both the exterior, and the interior (including finishing the basement to create a large family room) since moving in. We have not had our home re-appraised, but believe that we have built a large amount of equity since other homes in our neighborhood are selling for 130K to 160K. Debts- Just our 3 credit cards and our house. Loan Repayment- This loan will help rebuild our credit- we plan to make all of the payments on time and intend to pay the loan off early. I currently gross $894.00/week. I will be receiving substantial Bonuses in September and February (along with a good tax return), which will help us achieve our goals. |
